While the PGA Tour season is well underway, it just feels like Round 1 of the Genesis Invitational truly kicks off 2020's festivities on Thursday. A loaded field featuring a major-level assortment of the best golfers in the world will take on Riviera Country Club in hopes of picking up a huge win and gaining significant momentum less than two months out from the Masters. World No. 1 Rory McIlroy enters as the favorite, which can basically be said about any tournament in which McIlroy plays these days. Tiger Woods starts at 16-1 and opens up in a fun trio alongside Justin Thomas and Steve Stricker; that threesome will begin at 2:41 p.m. ET, one of the later tee times of the day.
